They ripped the emblem right off my trunk. I hear them tugging at the towel and they never even cared that they ripped it off. Will never use again, worst $10 bucks I could have spent. Now it’s another $85 from bmw to replace.

This used to be a great place to go for a car wash. That's the only reason I didn't give just 1 star. My last visit will be my last visit. If the worker, that was handling the power washer for the rinse, hadn't yelled at one of the guys doing the hand washing I never would've known that one side of my car was not cleaned properly. The 'rinse' worker was appalled to the point of yelling. The washer didn't want to come to the car to rectify the situation. The rinser yelled at him again. He finally mosied over to my car and looked at what the other man was yelling about. The rinser pointed at one section that was apparently still very dirty (he was pissed). The washer wiped the section of my car again and was going to walk away. The rinser yelled about the OTHER section of my car that was still dirty. The washer turned around and cleaned that section (with an attitude). Then walked away. Why was all of that even necessary? Just do your job, it quit. Now that I can no longer trust that my car will be properly cleaned at this "SPOTLESS Hand Wash" carwash I will take my business down the street to the other hand washing carwash. They do a great job of taking care of my work truck. Yes they will wash your utility body truck. 350/3500 and bigger. No trailers though as it's a tight swing into the entrance.

It's a good place to get your car hand washed .They need more workers on hand. It gets so busy the line is out on the street. they have to rush , drying tne car. And not properly dry. I've try different hours and always the same thing.
